oriented、focused、directed
1. oriented：形容词 “以…… 为导向的”，常与介词 “to/toward” 搭配（如 customer-oriented 以客户为导向的；career-oriented 以职业为导向的；oriented toward innovation 以创新为导向）；
2. 与 focused（形容词 “专注的”，如 focused on study 专注于学习）区别：oriented 是 “方向上的导向”，focused 是 “注意力上的专注”（customer-oriented service 以客户为导向的服务，focused service 专注的服务）；
3. 与 directed（形容词 “有指导的”，如 directed by a teacher 由老师指导的）区别：directed 强调 “外部指导”，oriented 强调 “内在方向定位”。
