vi. 解释（account的过去式与过去分词形式）

account、explain、accounted
1. accounted：动词过去式 / 过去分词 “解释；说明；占（比例）（account 的过去式 / 分词，多义）”（搭配 “accounted for the delay；accounted for 30% of sales；the mistake was accounted for”）；
2. account：动词 “解释；说明；占”/ 名词 “账户；解释”，近义差异（“account for the error”（动词，解释错误） vs “he accounted for the error”（过去式，他解释了错误）；“bank account”（名词，银行账户） vs “accounted balance”（错误，应为 “account balance”））；
3. explain：动词 “解释；说明（侧重 “清晰说明原因，无 “占比例” 义”）”，近义差异（“explain the reason”（解释原因） vs “accounted for the reason”（错误，应为 “accounted for the result”（解释结果））；“accounted for 20%”（占 20%） vs “explain 20%”（错误））；
4. 高频错拼：易漏写 “e”（误写 “accountd”）；
5. 搭配误区：“解释 / 占比例” 必须加 “for”（“accounted for”，正确），“explain for” 错误。
